Thanks for your words on the Latin. I went for your version first, but then recalled that it’s “We can’t giggle …” in the original dialogue, so I tried to include the first person plural passive. Whatever. My Latin classes at school took place a looong time ago. Guess it’s time to refresh my language skills ;).
